Best Western Plus Northwoods Inn Crescent City, Crescent City

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony offering a great sea view. The only downside was that there were no proper towels upon check-in. The service was a bit surly at times, but the staff went out of their way to help us, even storing our bike for us. The location was wonderful, with plenty of food options nearby and a nice walk across the harbor. The dining was pretty good, although it could use a bit more help. Overall, a great value for the money.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room, although limited in counter space, was surprisingly roomy for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. It definitely exceeded my expectations from the outside, but I do think it could use a little bit of an update. The service was top-notch with staff actively cleaning and always being super friendly, although I was charged $50 more than expected. The location was exceptional, with a stunning view of the harbor from the second floor. While the dining experience had multiple choices and was good, it could use a little more help. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities!

I arrived and was told my room wasn't ready yet and it would be at least another hour. The room was located next to the housekeeping room, and while clean, it was nothing special.
